Cosy countryside room close to Sleaford

Our cosy room is situated in a peaceful location surrounded by plenty of beautiful countryside walks and cycle routes. Situated two miles from Sleaford and convenient for the main routes through Lincolnshire (A52, A15 and A17). There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby; as well as local tourist attractions. We are also only two miles from Aswarby Rectory - a popular wedding venue. The room (which is attached to our home) benefits a private entrance, ensuite bathroom and onsite parking.

Dibley Lodge is a self contained luxury retreat, on the outskirts of Cranwell in Lincolnshire. Rowston is a small farming village , south of the historic city of Lincoln. Sleaford, Newark and Grantham are all easily within half hour by car. You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The cottage is good for couples, solos, business travellers, and small families. We can also accommodate French speakers. A 10% discount and free weekly servicing for 7+ day stays.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)
