Great place to stay, just as seen in the photos. Very clean and tidy, it has everything you need to spend a few days there. Very close to the beach and pools are great and quiet, at least in early September. Garage and AC are appreciated. Highly recommended

We were with our baby and our stay was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the pool was very quiet and accessible.

The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It has the best location within the Mar de Pulpí urbanization because it is on the front line, which is very difficult to get in such a large development. The view from the terrace is great. Everything was great, comfortable, and great. Amaya responds very quickly and is waiting for everything to be well. The whole of the urbanization is very nice, with a walk on the edge of the sea of several kilometers, on the right and left. It is also next to the Mall where there are several restaurants and a small supermarket.

We had a great time. The house is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need in your kitchen. The area is very quiet, ideal for going with the family and resting. Naddia welcomed us, very helpful and kind. Repeat experience.

An apartment in perfect condition, as nice as in the photos, with all the amenities and in a perfect setting to visit Eagles and the beaches in the area. Totally recommended.

From the start these owners were amazing with their replies to my questions. Met Jane at the property and what a lovely lady. We got inside and it was just perfect, better than we had thought. Great outside for our dogs and really pretty and well kept. Inside 2 great bedrooms. Our double was so comfortable, great sheets and pillows. Bathrooms so clean and everything you need, loads of extras. Kitchen has everything you need to cook big meals and very nice crockery and glasses. So clean throughout. Comfortable and feels like home. Good telly options There’s a beautiful swimming pool right near the apartment and designated parking spot Jane recommended restaurants and supermarkets. All of which were so good A really lovely, easy stay for us. We were waiting to move into our new home and I can’t think of a more perfect beginning to our new life in Almeria and new friends too

A great flat in a great location. The sun terrace had beautiful views of the sea and we will be booking again in the very near future.

The house is lovely and in a great part of the city in walking distance to the beach and shops. The host is also very kind and helpful.

It was a great stay! we liked that it was all the ground floor and the pool of the development two steps away, (literally) opening the gate that separated the terrace from the apartment and being already in the pool. We had a great summer vacation in this accommodation, the condominium is very pleasant, the access to the beach on foot is a plus. The nearby restaurant very pleasant with a varied menu.

It was a great few days, the house was very clean and equipped and the pool was a delight... with a yacuzzi.. relaxing area....a great moment and we will return safely for next year. We love the truth...the only one sticks the distance to the beach... well. with a car it's two minutes to the beach still worth it,the terrace is a wonder... and we will return..

Everything is very clean, quiet and beautiful. Very quiet urbanization, spectacular pool and with 2 lifeguards. Private parking, it is very comfortable if you go shopping or other beaches , then you arrive and put the car in one minute to your garage space. The beach was very close on foot, with restaurants and very spacious beach area also very close to Garrucha, which has very nice beaches too. The accommodation is a first without an elevator and has a beautiful terrace. Elevator is but to get up from the parking. David Louis has treated us wonderfully.

I AM VERY PLEASANT, LIKE WITH CONFIDENCE. ONE GLUE, YOU HAVE TO CLIMB UP NOT AS MANY STEPS TO ACCESS THE HOUSE, BUT THAT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING IS UNAVOIDABLE.

had some time off work last minute. saw villa Rose and decided to escape for a few days. the evenings were chilly but I was kept warm with blankets and air con. thank you for fitting me in. x

Lucia has been a host at the level of the house: SPECTACULAR!!! Attentive and available at all times for any questions or concerns as well as to coordinate the delivery and collection of keys. The house is a blast. All kinds of amenities in a beautiful, intimate and quiet development. Decorated with exquisite taste that conveys peace and comfort. From the master bedroom and living room there are spectacular views of the sunrise and the shower in the master bathroom you can see that it is newly set up again. We had the thermomix at our disposal as requested, although we finally decided to enjoy the restaurants in the surroundings and in the Golf Mall. Great place to base and move to beaches or tourist spots in the province. The person who gave us the keys was delightful at all times and was all pristine. A taste of stay. We will definitely be back.

It was a fantastic experience, highly recommended accommodation and area and very friendly and prompt attention. We really enjoyed it!
