mr. Stergios is an amazing person willing to help you with anything you need. the house was fantastic with comfort and quiet. it really deserves not to be there . Also spotless everything.. . many well done.

Dimitris was an amazing host! Super responsive, nice, and helpful. The location is great, you have a private beach when the restaurant is closed, and a great restaurant for dinners (we ate there every night). It's as close to the water as can get. It's worth mentioning that the apartment is older than the impression we got from the photos, and that there's an AC only in the entrance hallway. We didn't mind, the provided fans were enough. Overall our vecation wouldn't look the same if we stayed elsewhere, and we would love to come back in the future!

The apartment was sweet, clean, and comfortable, and the rooftop view was absolutely beautiful. Maria, Angeliki’s mother, was a wonderful host. She greeted us with limoncello and a dessert upon arrival and even gave us a souvenir when we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. It's also worth noting that when we had some trouble and had to leave early, Angeliki was very thoughtful and considerate

Super place to stay in Volos. The location is great with everything you need right on your doorstep. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable with everything you need. Good deal with friendly host. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

We spent beautiful days in Paou and felt very welcome from the first minute! The apartment itself is small but for us, as a couple, it was perfect. The house is surrounded by a lot of olive, lemon and pomegranate trees and a there is a scent of roses in the air, which we found very exceptional and beautiful. Right across the front yard, there is the Pagasetic gulf for a good swim. We rented a small motorbike, did our shopping in the cute town of Argalastì (15min), and enjoyed exploring the Aegean coast with its big beaches too(30 min drive). Aikaterini‘s parents also spent some days at the house. They were adorable and inspiring people that want you to feel welcome and comfortable! They provided us with fresh towels and bed sheets whenever we needed them, and they were easy to talk and reach out to. 10/10 recommend for an unforgettable and relaxing stay!

Very clean and nice place, plus very friendly and helpful hosts, communication was excellent.

Dimitris' place is full of charm located in the heart of the garden planted with citrus fruits...and in addition the location guarantees you a fabulous sunset to admire to your choice: either from the beach at the end of the garden! ...or from the private terrace!... what more ...we spent 3 magnificent evenings that allowed us to explore the Pelion and enjoy the small village of Afissos and its amenities easily accessible on foot from the house... Dimitris is also a very nice host and very attentive speaking French!..a carresse also to the dog of the house Stella***;) ...if we have the possibility, we will definitely be back!!!

A very nice and safe accommodation, very close to everything:places of Culture, shops, monuments! We didn't miss anything about the 4 days we spent by a family of 4 adults! We always found a parking space, we are fed daily from shops within walking distance, we had fun every day and when we left for an excursion the exit from the city was super easy. Clean spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, and absolute quiet. What better in the beautiful city of Volos, where we spent the 4-day Carnival-Carrys Deutera. The good owner Nikos, helpful and willing helped us with his advice immensely. We had a great time, so we thank him, and we highly recommend his beautiful home!

It took two hours to slow down and appreciate this amazing spot, but once we did, that was the perfect house to spend four days in. The sunrises were breathtaking. The location is really good too, as you can drive to great restaurants in multiple directions. Thank you to Olga who met us there and helped us out. See you again soon

It was a very clean and comfortable space in a very good location accessible on foot from the port of Volos. Instructions for check in and check out were completely understandable up to matching videos to find the apartment. So we didn't need any further details about our stay. Finally, even though it is semi-basement it had light as all spaces have windows.

It was an absolutely stress free experience dealing with Natasha and George, they were both very polite and communication between myself and them was seamless, the only complaint I would have is that we only stayed one night. 10/10 🤩

The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. Nikos' apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The place is very comfortable for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is spacious the bed very comfortable and the balcony is ideal for relaxing at night when the sun goes down. Nikos is an incredible host. His welcome made us feel at home, showed us the apartment and recommended several nice beaches and restaurants in the area. If we visit the coastal Pelion again, we will definitely choose Nikos' apartment.

The host Aλικη was very accommodating and responded to my messages immediately. I felt very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. The next time I visit Volos I will check again to see if Aλικη's loft is available!
