My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Arhun's house is very near to the seaside. If you want to have a sea vacation without a doubt you can choose it. House was clean and Arhun helped us with his suggestions.

Everything great, minus the Wifi that wasn't working during my stay. Host fixed heating next morning. Great host, amazing location, near the main street. Safe and clean building. Room gets dark to sleep in the morning. Space is big enough for 2 or 3 people.

We had a few issues at the start which Elena fixed as soon as she could. This is a host that will go through fire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is modern and beautiful with a balcony to relax on during slow days. There are a few minor things that could be improved upon: - The couch is pretty small. If you're a plus size person, you won't be able to sit comfortably watching tv. - The beds does not have any mattress pads and in certain positions you can feel the spring in the mattress. I believe this place is a 5/5 if the above are taken care of.

The apartment is directly in the center of Larnaca. It is perfect for a family on vacation. Beautiful sunrises every morning with breakfast on the terrace. Convenient to the marina for the scuba diving boats, which was good for me. A/C worked perfectly despite 35+ degrees. Bed was comfortable. Despite location over the carnival rides, it was completely quiet. The building itself is a bit dated, but the unit is perfectly fine, clean and comfortable. Nice and clean house.

Located about 20-30 minutes walk from Larnaca beach. A supermarket is 400m away. 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and big kitchen. The apartment is in pretty peaceful area. A little bit cold and chilly in the wintertime.

The perfect location for me, as is it in town and in walking distance of everything. And if u want to drive u even get your own private parking space at the back of the building. This Apartment come with a very good internet and with your own router, so no problems with Online Work or Streaming. llona, who has been my contact person, has been very helpful and professional. Glad I stayed here and would definitely stay here next time again.

We had a lovely week at David's! It felt really safe knowing that he responded to our messages within 30 minutes or so. Top benefits: - 20 minutes by car from the airport (car is a need!). - Bigger supermarket (Lidl) only 5-10 minutes away. - The pool! - Two showers (good for a bigger family). - 20 minutes further east to lots of beaches and Agia Napa (we went with our small kids to Makronissos Beach - so so beautiful!).

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. In December, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which efficiently heated the space, as well as the constant access to hot water. The location in the center of Larnaca was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. On one side, we had a panorama of the city and the sea, and on the other, the Troodos Mountains – absolutely stunning! The apartment was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. From dishes and pots to a cezve for making coffee – the hosts thought of every detail. We were very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Larnaca.

David and Alina were lovely. Very helpful. St lavarus church is close with a selection of places to eat. They kindly rented me their bike which was great for travelling around especially the salt lake. The only downside was traffic noise. very easy to get from the airport. Many thanks for a lovely stay David and Alina.

Andreas was a very good host. He personally welcomed me and showed me the apartment. Wine and water were also ready to welcome you. He also provided a small electric heater for the living room. In advance, Andreas gave me suggestions for a Christmas dinner in the restaurant. Everything you could ever need is available in the apartment. From the large terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea and the harbor. I can only recommend it, even in winter in Cyprus.

Our stay was awesome! The house is very nice and clean

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

We found everything we needed in the apartment, including sunscreen, towels, after sun lotion. The host was very nice, he left us water, fruit and other stuff to eat in the fridge. The hospitality was on point. It was very clean, AC in every room, it looked like in the pictures. The only inconvenient was that you definitely need a car to go to the beach or other attractions and you can’t swim in the pool after 8pm.

Everything was very thoughtful and a great house, thank you for having us.

A wonderful apartment for a family vacation! We spent 17 days here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with a perfect location—just a short walk to the sea. Every day began with a stroll along the promenade, and the fresh sea air made our stay unforgettable. We loved the local fish market, where we bought fresh fish and shrimp to cook in the oven—an amazing culinary experience! The apartment is ideal for families with children. Our kids adored the swings on the balcony, and the elevator in the building made everything more convenient. The host thoughtfully provided a crib, high chair, and a bucket of toys for our youngest, which was a wonderful bonus. Everything was well-equipped for a comfortable stay, and we felt right at home. Huge thanks to the hosts for their hospitality. We’d love to come back and highly recommend this apartment for a cozy and convenient vacation!

Very nicely decorated, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. The location so close to the beautiful promenade and right between Finikoudes and Mackenzie is perfect. What you might want to know - the apartment is nice and bright, but without direct sunlight (at least in winter). At Petros and the other small supermarket you get everything you need. The communication with Dimitrios and Andreas was fantastic, they responded immediately to all questions and very accommodating to all requests. Overall a highly recommended place to stay.

Fantastic villa with great amenities and local information to keep you well fed and watered. Tessa was super attentive and dealt with our few queries very promptly. Pool was cleaned regularly as was the garden and my partner felt safe home alone whilst we were diving - good security features albeit we felt safe where ever we went. Locals very friendly and always gave us a wave and hello! Would I go back? Definitely; super relaxing chilling by the pool and eating out at some lovely local venues to suit all tastes and budgets.

Lovely house and pool situated 10 minutes outside Larnaca. Easy access to the main road A3 for moving around the island. Lovely villa with huge living area and a nice kitchen. Bedrooms are large with two bathrooms.
