Walid was a great host, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He was always available if I needed anything, but otherwise left to be at home - welcomed after a day exploring! The place was exactly what I expected, located on the West Bank, a very short walk from the public ferry. It offered some peace from intensity of the city. The secluded garden was a special place to start and finish days, feeling immersed in a more authentic Egyptian experience than I would get anywhere else. The Egyptian and Moroccan architecture makes for a fantastic experience, with domed ceilings and arches built into all the rooms, and some quite special bathrooms (I had a tour). My room was spacious, had plenty of places to spread out my things and all the modern features needed (AC, fridge, hot water, power sockets). Walid and his family have clearly put passion, energy and creativity into building this place and I really wish Walid success with future plans, which I hope to return and see.

Our stay at this place was great. It is quiet and safe, connected with some directions, but a great view and you are really on your own and have a good base for exploring the island. Check in super easy and the host is just great. Very attentive and nice, we could not have asked for a more attentive host. There was always a very quick response to requests. Definitely recommended for guests who are looking for some remoteness and peace. Apartment was super clean and in a very good, new condition. We highly recommend the place and especially the host Javier.

We had an amazing 16 days stay at Sonia’s and Javier’s beautiful place up in the mountains of the Caldera de Taburiente National Park. The view from the house is stunningly beautiful and so peaceful. The house has a lot of history and tastefully decorated while maintaining its old charm. There are great hiking trails within walking distance too. The Wi-Fi works well and beds are comfortable. It is advisable to rent a 4 wheel drive to cross the river when it rains (which did several times when we were there) but trust me, it is a small price to pay for this beautiful and unique experience.

The two cottages are very nice and super furnished (especially the kitchen!). The communication with Alke has been very helpful and pleasant. We had the first week of quite bad weather, it was quite cold, as the heating helps only to a limited extent, as the cottage loses the heat directly. But this is normal for the house style and we were able to help ourselves with thick clothes. No one can do anything about the weather. You have to take a small path to the cottages, so it is not accessible. We had our space for ourselves and lots of peace, which was very pleasant. Would recommend staying there!

Amanda and her boys Mohammad (x2) and Hassan were all nice, attentive and friendly plus there were 5 dogs at the property including 2 brand new puppies they had taken in just 4 days prior to our arrival - that made our stay even more special! Super cool, very remote location far from the main road and wonderfully decorated with mini dunes within walking distance. The big dunes were about 30 mins away and we enjoyed those too. Amanda set up a private buggy ride with a guide that was an awesome experience. Highly recommend!

We had a great time and enjoyed every minute spent in this wonderful corner of La Palma.Unically a place for people who love nature and silence. Thank you to everyone who has created this unique place and hope to come back again and again.

Very well located in a quiet residence. The village and the coast allow for walks, while offering nearby bars and restaurants. Juanma is very friendly and attentive. 5 stars well deserved!

Very good stay with Jose Alfonso the beach is really close we had an unforgettable 15 days it would just take a few more dishware and bowls to cook we were really quiet good wifi connection Thank you Alfonso for hosting us with our two dogs we'll be back

We’ve just come back from a great stay at Francisco’s villa. layout is fantastic, big communal open plan area with sofas and dining space surrounded by bedrooms. We had an issue with one of the toilets but as soon as I contacted Francisco someone come on the day and it was all sorted. Lovely view from the roof terrance for morning sunrise over the sea. 10 minute walk from Atlántico shopping centre which had a Spar supermarket and few ok restaurants. We got a cab into town in the evening to nicer restaurants, Fado Rocks was our favourite, we went there twice, amazing chateau briand steak! Lots of water sports and fun at main beach which is lovely with turquoise waters and although only a small pool at the villa it was perfectly clean, warm and we spent quite a bit of time in it. Outside areas could do with some updating and although a 40 min walk to town and main beach, taxis were under 4 euros so wasn’t an issue. For the price the villa was spot on. We were very much looking forward to the great view directly of the sea! Everything was clean and the kitchen very well equipped. The complex even includes a pool and a children's pool. Ariadna has been friendly, helpful and always available. Thank you for the wonderful time at your place. I'm sure we'll be back!

A very nice apartment, close to all amenities with a beautiful ocean view in a small port that remains untouched by mass tourism. We recommend it.

Amazing location, the house easily accommodated 9 adults and 2 children. Immaculate sense of privacy, incredible view. Very courteous and helpful host who kindly answered all our questions. Definitely recommend this villa for families or a friendly trip. Important: In October, stock up on mosquito repellent!

The cottage is very nicely quiet, well equipped and in a sparkling clean condition. The two of us felt very comfortable. Originally, there were three of us planning to use it, but a friend had to cancel. In retrospect, because you don't see in the photos that the larger bedroom is connected to the living room via an open ceiling and is therefore very clairaudient.

Amazing place and maximum experience! Even better than it looks in the pictures. A place you can see that you've invested in thinking and love, a crazy landscape and total privacy

We had a wonderful stay, my daughter’s first time seeing the snow - the lodge is v cozy and quiet spacious - the hosts are super friendly and helpful - the space is great, the outdoor area is so relaxing and perfect for much needed peaceful time - we had friends join us and the kids had a blast...all along the hosts kept checking on us which was really a big big plus! Definitely recommended and will go back again!

Beautiful place, very cosy and comfortable. Ideal for recharge and take in nature. Little bit isolated so please ensure you take food you can cook. We made mistake and took some pre cooked food, but no microwave to heat up. Thankfully Yiota provided haloumi, eggs and lountza !! What would have been beneficial if there was a mosquito plug in device, or the burning kind or perhaps a spray, so please do take with you!! Was only there for one night but was very nice and would consider booking again!!
