The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

The apartment , almost entirely facing the sea, is a recent renovation of a house from the early 1900s : -the dining/living area overlooks the garden directly and is equipped for every need -the double bedroom has an exclusive bathroom -a additional living room has two sofa beds and another bathroom. Parking is private, as is the descent to the Scardamiano di AciCastello promenade, full of bathing establishments equipped with every service. You can walk to the center of Acitrezza in a few minutes.
