Very helpful and courteous host. The house is new, clean and equipped with all the comforts. We had a good time with my family. I recommend it.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

the location was great, right in the centre of pescara! therefore it was a bit louder at night. the communication with the hosts was very good and francesca was really lovely. we enjoyed our stay very much!

Very spacious, beautiful, clean and well-kept apartment with a large balcony, beautifully furnished living room with very comfortable seating places and two bathrooms in an excellent location, very close to the beach and the sea and to well-stocked shops (e.g. Tigre open everyday until 22:00) and various restaurants. In such a beautiful, modernly furnished apartment with a dishwasher and washer-dryer, you can rest and relax with pleasure. You can stay here both for a short and long time, also with children. The owner Cristiano, an exceptionally nice, friendly and kind person, is happy to answer various questions related to the use of the apartment. Flexible check-in and check-out hours. If we come to Pescara again, we would definitely like to be guests of Cristiano again.

Angelo's place on Lago di Scanno is super! Inside spacious and clean and very suitable for 4 people. Outside with beautiful lake view, and a lovely garden to relax in. Angelo is a very friendly host who is also easy to reach. Already with a top location!

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. We were warmly welcomed by Simonetta himself. We felt right at home and she gave us the necessary explanations of the accommodation. If we need anything else, in terms of taxi, bicycles,... she arranged that for us. I could live there myself in the stay, very cozy and cozy. Like it can be seen in the photos. The beach is within walking distance. I can't list minus points actually that we experienced during the stay. Super stay and super host. Thank you Simonetta for the warm welcome.

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

I highly recommend this house with the great garden! We enjoyed every moment and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable everything was. This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!

Fabrizio was so kind, being flexible with our check-in time since we were traveling in from Assisi and accidentally got off at the wrong train stop! The place was beautiful- very clean and cared for. The location was one block away from the beach and vespa rentals!! Everything was within walking distance. The city was a beautiful way to spend the weekend. We could not be happier with the stay. Anna and her husband were very responsive and even picked us and our luggage up from the bus station and brought us to the apartment. They were very responsive when we had any questions or needed assistance. They even brought us to a pizza place to pick up a bite to eat after a long flight and bus ride to San salvo!!

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.
