I have three words to describe this home, BEAUTIFUL, LUXURIOUS, and FLEXIBLE. We didn’t want to leave yet. Beautiful home with everything you need, very clean, super attentive host.You don’t even have to leave the house that’s how good this house is and the backyard space it has it’s amazing especially if you have dogs they’ll love it. The place was beautiful. What a wonderful place especially if your not planning to get out much. The home was beautiful and conveniently located near some great stores. The view and the place has to be much better than going out. Amy was wonderful in getting back with Amy questions and getting to the home and in the home was very convenient with her instructions. It was nice and clean and was definitely a place you could stay without wanting to leave the home. We went there to visit an elderly family member. They were also able to get around great in the home and enjoy the outdoors because of the beautiful deck on the home. The water is also actually right in your backyard. The deck does have safety gates if you have Littles so that was a great extra touch.

We were comfortable from the moment we walked through the door of this house. It's welcoming with an ideal balance of private and communal space, inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed, so over three days we ate every meal at the house. We didn't always need to cook because there was prepared food within a few minutes' drive. Susan provided plenty of suggestions for groceries, restaurants, and activities at Veterans State Park. We all slept great and attribute that to the quality of the bedding and mattresses as well as the sense of peace in the neighborhood. We spent evenings working on a puzzle enjoying a cozy fire and the fairy lights around the mantle. The wifi allowed remote work. Susan communicated well and was quick to respond to questions. She was personable and welcoming. We look forward to returning in warmer weather when we can take advantage of the pool and spend more time on the dock watching the sunset. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Thanks, Susan!

This is a beautiful home. It sits on Lake Blackshear/Flint River on a breathtaking lot. Everything was squeaky clean, it has comfortable beds, awesome views, games, privacy, a garage (which was wonderful because it was raining when I arrived. The house has a great floor plan. we just loved everything about it <3

I can’t say enough about this place and especially ALLIE , we have rented this house twice already when family comes to town . It is so spacious and beautiful . VERY safe peaceful area . Allie is the most caring , gracious, host I’ve ever dealt with . Whatever my family needed she worked it out for us . Was able to move around check-in and check out times for my families time schedules . Allie’s response time is so on point I joked with my family that I bet she would respond back before I hit send . I could just go on and on about this beautiful house and this wonderful host . We won’t ever rent anywhere else for our family get togethers , we will be scheduling our visits around this houses availability . It already feels like home away from home ! Thankyou ALLIE for making my family get togethers amazing ! PS : My 84 year old mother made me read this back to her and said I had to “ tell the people about the wonderful smell “ It has the most amazing smell each time we come .

Perfect quiet place to relax. Plenty of room for a large family or multiple couples. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning sunshine with the brisk Fall air! The location was perfect for our weekend adventures- Georgia Veterans Stare Park, Andersonville, downtown Cordele, and Montezuma.
