Very good stay at Hakim's. easy check-in with indoor parking to park the car. Quiet, clean neighborhood and nice neighbors. top amenities, bedding very good even for the click-clac. all the necessities were the same coffee for the coffee maker. i would recommend Hakim's home and if we have to come back to Lyon we will come back there. 20min from Groupama on foot, and 10min from an intermarket on foot. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Perfect! Our group of 5 enjoyed our quick nights stay. Everything is here. A great place. The host obviously takes great pride in the place. Very CLEAN!!!! Quite. Comfortable beds and linens. The parking is a great perk! We have a very large passenger van so it was great to have a dedicated parking space for it. Highly recommend! Thank you Sandrine!

We had such an amazing time experiencing Lyon from Clement's place. It was easy to walk anywhere in the city and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again!

We arrived early and was able to drop our bags off at the apartment before it was ready. In between time of official check in we had a short walk into town where we got a lovely lunch which helped use up the time untill it was check in. At the apartment it was spotless and had everything we needed to have a great weekend. Even had a Netflix morning after a boozy time the night before. I would recommend to stay here, did not disappoint and we would certainly come again.

Xavier's apartment is lovely, comfortably furnished, and located in a thriving area within walking distance of sights, shops and restaurants.

Carole and Arnaud's apartment is exactly as described. The photos perfectly reflect reality. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped, with shops nearby and the bus and tram downstairs from the building. Check-in is simple and Carole and Arnaud answered our questions very quickly which is very nice. I will come back and recommend it without hesitating

We loved the location of the apartment and its cleanliness upon arrival. Everything was as described. Contact with Nicolas was easy and pleasant which made it easy. Nicolas even recommended good restaurants, bars and things to do which was a plus! I can only recommend this apartment.

Spacious, warm and well-equipped accommodation. The temp of a few days, we felt like people from Lyon. Great location within minutes walking of different transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries. We were warmly welcomed by Teresa and communication with Dominique was excellent. The apartment is as described and the photos correspond to what is found. It's quiet and very cozy. The host gave me very precise instructions and was awaiting my arrival. She was very nice and I was taken care of very well. Located in the middle of the university neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, tram stop. I will not hesitate to stay at Bruno's place again if I return to Lyon. Highly recommended

A very nice base for a few days exploring Lyon. A short 4-5 minute walk from the Metro that takes you one stop to Part-Dieu station for connections to city, regional and national rail services. Great blackout blinds and comfy bed.

We had a pleasant stay at Dominique's. I know the neighborhood well, and it's quiet and safe, so even if you can't always keep a spot in the parking lot, leaving the car on the street is not a problem. The apartment is very well arranged, and comfortable for 3-4 people without problem. The sofa bed is comfortable (which is not always the case!). As the other tenants said, be careful of the climb if you are on foot, but the bus is direct from Perrache and stops very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this place (clean, quiet, very thoughtful host).
