Large Studio, as a Suite, newly renovated. Ideal location, in a quiet street, close to the Eiffel Tower or animated Rue du Commerce and 2 minutes away from La Motte Piquet Grenelle metro station. The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary amenities (soap, shampoo, hair dryer, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper (3 rolls)...). Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood of the XV district and has a subway station at around 5 minutes of walk. There are a lot of local shops around the apartment, which has a small terrace available in a courtyard. Notre appartement est situé dans un quartier calme du XVe arrondissement et est situé à 5 minutes à pied d'une station de métro. On trouve de nombreux commerces de proximité autour de l'appartement, qui dispose d'une petite terrasse dans une cour.

My home is a pleasant place to stay. It is well located and distributed, and fully equiped, as shown by the photos. A parking space is available in the underground garage.
