The home is in a community with controlled access. The house counts with a big yard, perfect to enjoy your vacation. With a 3 minute walking distance private beach. The property is close to other three famous beaches 3-5 minutes away; Puerto Nuevo Vega Baja, Los Tubos, and Mar Chiquita. You can also visit Barceloneta, where you'll enjoy seeing the Christopher Columbus statue (picture enclosed) which is known to be bigger than the Statue of Liberty. Walmart and other supermarkets 5-10 min away.

Tropicoco Pool & Beach House in Vega Baja

The house has two bedrooms. The first with a queen bed and twin bed. The other room has a queen/queen bunk beds and another queen bed. Two complete and modern bathrooms, one inside with jets and the other in the pool area plus additional shower. Living room you will find Roku TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We have board games and pellet barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and all utensils. It has a cistern, power plant and water filter.

Has many restaurants around. Vega Baja has Uber and Uber eat services, however my recommendation is to rent a car. The property has solar system. Important note: No central AC, just AC in the bedrooms, Fan in the livingroom.
