Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

The studio was renovated and furnished in July 2020. The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180x200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front yard. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. In sight of the studio is the train line. Trains run slowly, but are audible. There are no trains after midnight and quiet hours are guaranteed.
