The Water Street Loft

This loft apartment is located in the heart of downtown Decorah. Dixie's Biergarten and Pulpit Rock Breweries are less than a 1/2 mile walk. Coffee shops, excellent shopping, great restaurants, and beautiful walking/biking trails are only blocks away. The apartment is freshly renovated. The building's original hardwood floors were restored before a new kitchen and bathroom were installed. The sofa includes a queen pullout (bedding provided). The kitchen and bathroom contain all essentials.

Situated just 2 minutes north of Decorah, this completely separate 1,300 sq. ft space features a full kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 1 bath, 3 queen beds & sleeps 6 people! This brand new space has a large 6 person island to enjoy dinner &/or drinks with family & friends, or take it outside to the elevated deck & enjoy the scenery. We are just 2 minutes from the Trout Run Trail, the Upper Iowa River & Luther College, which is just down the hill. Our lovely downtown Decorah is only 5 minutes away.

This Scandinavian modern renovation was completed in August 2018. After hosting an Airbnb for 3 years, this project brought a fantastic location and the ability to create three units. The new kitchenette includes an induction cooktop with a full-size refrigerator, a full-size oven, a dishwasher, and a fully tiled bathroom. The queen bed is built on a 30" platform. Two south windows provide lovely light to this cozy space.
