Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a single-family house with garden and terrace in a quiet dead end street. A parking space is available right by the apartment. Within a radius of about 30 minutes are the Black Forest as well as the Swabian Alb with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Stuttgart as well as Karlsruhe can also be easily and quickly reached by the direct motorway connection. The Tripsdrill Amusement Park is about 45 minutes away.

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheimer City. Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within a 2-minute walk. Also the CongressCentrum and the theater are just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away.

Directly at the Enz is our nice little 1-room apartment with kitchenette fully equipped (fridge dishwasher, microwave with grill, induction cooking plates, Senseo coffee maker as well as crockery, coffee, tea, water ). The room height is 210 cm. Access directly to the natural garden, which can be used (barbecue available). Go down 10 steps to the entrance. Parking is available right on the street in front of the house.
