The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.

Just 8 minutes from the the airport (without hearing the planes/we're not in the flight path), just off the interstate (without the noise from the interstate) and close to Downtown. 2 miles from the Salt Palace/Vivent Arena, LDS Temple and 3 min to the i-80, 215 and i-15 freeways.
