The Flat has a small, private garage, NOT large enough for a car but perfect for a motorcycle and or outdoor gear. This Clean, Industrial Loft is a perfect stopping place when exploring beautiful Southern CO. Flat has fans but NO A/C which is appropriate for most summer days, but check the weather. This charming home is just a short walk to everything! It is 2 blocks off of Main Street in the original townsite, on the original brick streets, a stone’s throw from restaurants, shopping, & galleries. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6. You will have the entire house to yourself. It is recently renovated and beautifully decorated with everything you need. Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome! The inside of the home is non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke outside.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With updated western decor, this space accommodates 2 comfortably. There is a kitchen space equipped with a microwave, toaster and Crock-pot, and an outdoor grill for cooking. There is a wine refrigerator inside and Yeti on the porch. A comfortable queen bed and nice shower with two sinks. The property has incredible views of the Spanish Peaks, Pikes Peak, the Wet Mountains, La Veta Pass, Sangre de Cristos, Mt. Blanca, our horses and turkeys!

Former candy store now a comfortable home.

Property is listed for sale. If any contract should happen I will notify accordingly. Refurbished candy store across from an old brick school. One large living space with vaulted ceilings with old original timbers that were repurposed for trim in all three rooms. New bathroom with a shower. New kitchen with a view of the Spanish Peak mountains in the distance. Queen bed. No TV but access to WIFI. Cuchara Canyon to the east about 15 miles, Great Sand Dunes to the west about 1.5 hour drive. .
