Beautiful old apartment in Trossingen

Beautiful heirlooms combined with new & modern furniture. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in an old building. In the spacious bedroom there is also a workspace with lots of daylight. The kitchen is full, in the bathroom there is a washing machine, the toilet is separate and the sofas can easily be converted into a bed. The apartment is a perfect fit for a few beautiful days of private or business in Trossingen. Walking in 2 minutes you are in the shop in 2 minutes.

We offer a quiet, furnished one-room apartment with sunny terrace for 1 to max. 2 people (bed 1.40 x 2.00m and sofa bed). There is a kitchenette with sink, fridge and kettle, microwave (with baking function). Free Wi-Fi. Cheap traffic directly on the A81/B27. Excursion destinations such as Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 mins. Furthermore, good shopping in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) can be reached in 5-10 min by car.

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors.
