Cozy cottage with proximity to the sea in Finnharsfjärden 35 minutes from Gävle. The main building of about 50 sqm has a bedroom with four beds as well as a shower and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher which is newly renovated in 2020. Living room with wood stove. Fiber retracted. Large plot with nice lawns and only a stone's throw to the sea. On the property, there is also a guest house with two beds in a sofa bed and bunk bed with wider lower bed, the house is newly renovated. On the property, there is also a newly built wood-fired sauna available

Newly renovated year-round cabin by the lake Vallssjön in Ockebo. Three bedrooms, open plan solution between kitchen and fully tiled bathroom with shower, washing machine as well as water toilet for a comfortable stay. Two balconies with double seating areas, both upstairs and with lake view. (New outdoor space July 2023) There are several ski tracks, ice skating lakes nearby if weather allows. Kungsberget and Högbo ski resorts, only 35min away (34km) 12km to central Ockebo with shops, restaurants, cafe and beautiful Wij gardens.

The house is located about 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wifi are available. On the property there is a gym with table tennis and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. In summer there is also heated swimming pool. One further accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Newly equipped and fresh with stylish light interior design. Double doors facing the patio overlooking the ocean below. Access to public beach within 5 min walking distance and barbecue facilities on the plot. Free parking and the possibility to charge an electric car for a fee. 10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are made when you arrive. Host lives in house next to cabin. Welcome !

Lake cabin with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.
