If you want to know the famous neighborhood of Triana, you just have to cross its bridge and enjoy the atmosphere and its famous Tapas. Ideal for fans of bullfighting given the proximity to the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. Also noteworthy is the short distance to the Teatro de la Maestranza. Ideal for visiting Seville during Semana Santa and just fifteen minutes from the Feria de Abril venue. The loft has a spacious open living room with high ceilings and an integrated kitchen. All in all, a comfortable place to rest in a strategic location. The loft has two exclusive access courtyards for our guests. We have a crib and highchair available for children. It will be me, the owner of the Loft who will receive you and deliver the keys and explain the services they have at their disposal. I can also inform and advise you on monuments and events in the area. The Loft is located in the Arenal neighborhood, a quiet and traditional neighborhood, just three minutes from the Cathedral, with many restaurants and terraces that will delight our guests. Among the most representative buildings near the Loft are the bullring of the Maestranza and the theater of the same name. They are located two minutes from the Guadalquivir River, a river of great importance for the city and through which they can walk quietly. Although given its location that makes it not necessary to travel by any means of transport, being in the historic center, there are only a minute's walk from a tourist bus stop where you can get to know the city. At the same stop, you have the possibility to hire a river trip along the Guadalquivir River. There is also a Bluemove stop in the area where you can rent a tour. For athletes , there are a wide variety of businesses nearby where you can rent bicycles, electric scooters, and segways and hire tour guides. There is a public parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. The mysterious neighborhood of Santa Cruz, the Cathedral and its Giralda , the gardens of the Alcázar, the famous and renowned churches of Seville , all this and more is waiting for you just a few minutes walk from our apartment. the metro station of Puerta de Jerez is just ten minutes walk, the Santa Justa train station is just twenty, there are several private parking lots just five minutes walk from the apartment our building consists of both private and tourist apartments, please take into consideration the rest of the other neighbors , so we inform you that it is totally forbidden to party in the building and in the apartment....the maximum number of people in the apartment is limited to four ....

With the brightness of the exterior as its main quality, this cozy apartment decorated with original photographs, has been recently renovated and has everything your guests may need to feel at home in this beautiful city. The apartment is quite spacious, and has a very spacious living room with air conditioning, a room with double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and Smart TV, and another room with two single beds that could be joined at the request of guests, also has a wardrobe and Smart TV. It has a folding bed that can be placed in any room or living room. The kitchen has all the basic electrical appliances and large kitchenware. The air conditioning is located in the living room and in the master bedroom. The internet is 60MB fiber optic wifi. Guests can use all rooms in the house. The apartment is located in a building with a large interior patio and underground garage. The garage can be accessed in the elevator without having to climb any stairs. I will be available to guests for whatever they need me. I'll be happy to help with anything you need. Located in the east of Seville, a few minutes walk from the Congress Palace. It is close to all kinds of shops and bars in which to disconnect, as well as bus stops to move around the city and visit its main attractions. The apartment has a private underground parking lot included in the price. To go to the city center you need a transport, there are bus stops about 5 minutes walk. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to downtown by bus. By car about 15-20 minutes. The lines that best communicate with the center is 27 and 28. To go to the city center you need a transport, car or bus. The apartment does not have a television.
