Jean-Michel was a wonderful and responsive host. We loved the apartment, the energy of the neighborhood, and how easy it was to get wherever we wanted to be. It was everything we needed for a perfect long weekend in Paris!

The 5 stars summarize everything...the place met my expectations...what I liked the most was the genius and simplicity at the same time of the videos with the clear instructions to check in autonomo...with my daughter we arrived late to the place without knowing anything and the entrance was very easy. He took the opportunity to give a tip to the travelers who will stay here: "the address is easy to find, but as the transport system in Paris is designed for the locals and not for the tourists, to get to the accommodation they must have a digital map type google map and also ask about how to leave the airport and make the connections to arrive without a problem"…..I insist that the above is not the fault of the host, but of the tangled transport system of Paris (the previous days we were in Naples , Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Zaragoza and their transport systems are very friendly with the tourist, you learn right away to use them…except in Paris)

I had a lovely stay—thank you so much! The apartment is a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable. I was able to cook simple meals easily. The real highlight is the location—absolutely divine! It’s nestled in a beautiful, safe neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous parks and relaxed, friendly locals. I truly enjoyed every moment here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Serge's place! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located to discover the region. The lake view from the residence is beautiful and brings a real touch of calm and serenity. Serge was a very friendly, available and responsive host. Cozy apartment with original and warm decoration, comfortable,very well equipped , at all levels . A beautiful quiet and secure residence. Miss Phan is a lovely roommate, who once confidently asks attention and scraping. The location is ideal for visiting Paris by public transport, while also enjoying the neighborhood: Parc des Buttes Chaumont , Parc de la Villette, Canal Saint Martin and others. On a daily basis, many shops at the foot of the building. In addition, Lydie is a friendly,responsive, and caring host.
