Cleaning, laundry and sanitization exclusively professional - Comfortable, quiet and spacious one-bedroom apartment recently renovated in a historic building in the city of love! Ground floor without stairs in the most strategic position of the city, supervoted, five minutes walk from the train station, free parking in front of the house, TOP area outside the nightlife and pedestrian area but close to everything and super equipped with all amenities. The apartment is in downtown but in quiete and silent street, just 10 mins walk from the Train Station. The place is an unique and warm and you have all amenities near by. The flat is located at first floor and got 1 bedroom + 1 sofa bedroom that with a double pocket door become an additional room.
