Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located accommodation. Close to beach, grocery shopping and Höllviken restaurant offerings. This newly built apartment case with sleeping loft offers both kitchen with hot plate, bathroom with shower, living room with TV, working corner with desk, double bed as well as mattress on sleeping loft as well as the possibility of more beds in the sofa bed. Attefallet is located on our property about 20 meters from our dwelling house and shares a garden with us.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Ta en kort promenad till stranden eller skogen! Finns bra med butiker och ett litet kokvrå att göra er egen mat. Vill man hellre äta ute ligger centrum en bit bort med stort utbud utav olika sorters restauranger. En idyll och få uppleva den svenska sommaren på bästa möjliga vis! Då vi själva bor i huset bredvid stugan och området är väldigt lugnt så accepteras inte några fester eller högljudda tillställningar under några omständigheter.
