My place is close to: Notre Dame campus- 1 minute away, right next to St. Mary's College and 80/90 exit ramp, 3-4 minutes from downtown South Bend, 5 miles from Indiana/Michigan state line, 45 minutes from Lake Michigan, 90 minutes from Chicago! You’ll love my place because of the brand new furnishings and its next to all the hot spots in South Bend!!! Great for tailgating and all campus events! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, small groups up to 6 people, and business travelers.

Quiet home in wooded area minutes from Notre Dame

There are three bedrooms available. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath. The second bedroom has a full & twin bed, the third bedroom has a full bed. Both of these bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a half bath on the first floor. We live on the premises and also provide breakfast. We are 15 minutes from Notre Dame & the Indiana Toll Road exits and 30 minutes from Andrews University. Check for room availability, some rooms are available on reserved dates.

More than hotel, less than apt. I modeled Studio on my apts in Paris and Vienna. Fully stocked Kitchenette. Tiled bath, walk in shower. Fastest ATT Fiber Optic Wi-Fi. Netflix, Prime, ESPN, TCM streaming apps. Great private covered porch and grill area. 1.2 miles to campus, 10 minute drive to area hospitals/downtown. PETS allowed on CASE BY CASE basis. DOGS MUST BE CRATED for monthly stays, and have proof is current shots and must be quiet when left alone.
