The house, with a view of the sea, is located in Cala Liberotto, a tourist district in the Municipality of Orosei (12 km), within a very large green area, suitable for those who love being in contact with nature. The beach, of fine sand, is located about 30 meters from the house, with direct access from the garden. Priceless to start lunch, go for a dip, come home, sit at the table: all in 3 minutes. The garden is full of plants with their colors and scents. A reserved parking space.

Bright apartment on the first floor of the family villa located in the pine forest in front of a small cove which is accessed directly from the garden. A unique location in a corner of paradise ,we are in the beautiful Gulf of Orosei Notice from April 2023 the municipality of Orosei has established the tourist tax of €1 per day per person over the age of 12.
