Lovely farmhouse "Lina" in Löderup

This cosy farmhouse, renovated in 2009, consists of an “open plan” first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. We have six beds distributed amongst two separate bedrooms and a hall. Close to the flat, you will find a big room, named the “stable”. There, you will for example have the possibility to play table tennis. From the nice terrace on the southern side, you will have a fantastic view over the powerful flat land to the Baltic coastline. The house is pretty isolated– you don’t need to be disturbed from other citizens on the farm. Löderup is a small village, which is situated 20 km east of Ystad, a town from the Middle Ages. In Ystad, which is the closest town, you will find a variety of choices between shops, small restaurants, cafés, a theatre and cinemas. You can even travel to Copenhagen by train, directly from Ystad. There are also good ferry communications to Bornholm and Poland. In the summer, you can take part in a lot of different activities in our neighborhood Österlen. You can visit markets, flea markets, music arrangements, exhibitions, different sport activities and they are all not too far from our home. If you like to play golf, there are many nice courses for you to discover. Our farm is situated 3 km from the coastline. In the town Kåseberga (that you can visit by bike), you will find Ales Stenar, which is one the most wellknown monuments in Sweden, but also a nice fishing village with harbour, smoked fish, restaurants and a kiosk. Close to us, we also have a mini golf and a camping. Along the coastline there are lovely sand beaches like Sandhammaren and Mälarhusen that you can visit. If you drive eastwards you can discover small fishing villages, like for example Skillinge and Brantevik. You should also visit Simrishamn, a town that really flowers during the summer season. On your way to Simrishamn you shouldn't miss Glimmingehus, a castle from the Middle Ages. WELCOME!

Forest farm with a turn-of-the-century cottage in simple standards in southern Sweden. On the farm there is the possibility of hiking in nature, barbecue on the cozy barbecue area or have a coffee in the courtyard café where you can also see the current art exhibition. By car you can easily get around and visit all of Österlen's gems. The environment is child friendly, each room has its own patio overlooking pasture and beech forest. An idyllic two floor house in Rörum with three bedrooms, more than 100 years old and carefully renovated, in one of the most picturesque areas. 115 m2 plus 30 m2 studio, a former barn perfect for summer dinners. The cosy 1300 m2 garden is filled with old apple trees, several patios, walking distance to picturesque Rörum with restaurants and famous Mandelmanns trädgårdar, but also to a fantastic trekking area. At cycling distance there is Sweden's most beautiful beach (?) Knäbäckshusen. Welcome!

"Boutique barn" with pool and stunning views

A unique accommodation with stunning view over the fields and the mountain of "Kullaberg". We have turned the old barn at our farm into an excellent holiday retreat for at least 10 people, suitable for two families to rent together. The big pool area surrounded by a stone wall is the perfect place to hang out during the day or watch the sunset in the evening. The barn offers facilities like fire place, sauna, jacuzzi and big areas for socializing and dining, both inside and outside.

Welcome to stay in my charming dance studio 10 km from Höör city. It is situated in a renovated farmbuilding with its own kitchen, bathroom, sleeping attic and dance space/livingroom. Table-tennis and other toys. Big yardarea for relaxing and play. Enjoy the wild surroundings and forests. There is a beautiful swimming lake 10 mins away with car. From Höör 1 hr with train to Copanhagen, 40 min to Malmö, 20 min to Lund.

Modern, fresh room i stable close to a thyme field

Nyrenoverad del av tidigare ladugård! Här bor du på landet med timjanfältet rakt utanför dörren. Med ett nyrenoverat kök med stor köksö finns förutsättningar för middag med vänner runt spisen. De två sovrummen på respektive sida om nyrenoverat och fräscht badrum är subtilt och enkelt möblerade och passar väl in med den bevarade kalkmålade ladugårdsväggen. Hit kommer du för att slappna av och känna dig som hemma.
