Ocean is perfectly situated in the heart of Santa Teresa on the main road. The beach & best surf spot in the area are a few minutes walk. Amazing cafes & restaurants are on the doorstep. For a meal at home the kitchen is well equipped, with supermarkets close by. There are 3 other apts & a studio on the property. Ocean has a bedroom with AC. The living area has a fan & sofa bed. This bright, airy upstairs apartment is the perfect place to chill at the end of a long, lovely fabulous day.

The villa is located in a quiet area surrounded by jungle vegetation, yet very close to the central area, and a privete beach access. The quality of the environment is very important to us, multiple planting of vegetation and in order to save on the use of plastic bottles, we installed a drinking water system at the highest level
