The house has 6 bedrooms for total 12-13 guests, 3 living room, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchens, a beautiful garden with terrace, a large balcony, with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains and Lake Altaus.

Quiet wooden villa with indoor pool

Forget your worries at this spacious and quiet place. The heart of this old-furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory delights. The hardly busy side street also offers additional tranquility. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for the ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschl.

The spacious cottage (3 double bedrooms for up to 6 travelers) is framed by forest and meadows and is located about 1.5 km from the town center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walking, hikes, hikes and bike rides can be taken directly from the house. In addition, there is a free swimming spot at the bottom of the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (10 - 12 min walk, 1 min by car).
