Nice 18th century village house, atypical with a beautiful vaulted indoor patio not overlooked. Admire the charm of the old, the thick stone walls that keep the coolness in summer and the warmth in winter, the tiled floors distorted by time, the large wooden beams that have supported the structure for more than 300 years. Located at the foot of the Priory of Notre Dame de la Salvetat, a monument of historical architecture of the village, the sound of the bells lulls you in its change of scenery.

Lovely studio with free parking on premises

Nice independent studio of 18m2 for 2 people (suitable for wheelchair). With a nice course, an electric barbecue. Saint-FELIU-D 'anticip is a small peaceful village close to Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as Orgues d' Illes, and beautiful hiking spots. 25 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hr from the mountain. Bed and bath linen are provided, an umbrella is available if you wish to borrow it.

Small atypical house in a quiet area, between sea and mountain, sheltered from the gaze of a green Mediterranean park of 8000m2 with Olives, Mimosa, Eucalyptus and pond. A breathtaking view of the Canigou. Walking distance to local shops. The sea awaits you at 25 minutes by car by expressway and the mountain at 45 minutes. My main residence is on the same land but not directly opposite. SNCF station at 500m. Bus stop at 800m
