Beautiful penthouse in the waterfront area

Guests will love this house for the brightness, silence, the many comforts and the beautiful view of the harbor and the waterfront. In the morning you can enjoy the sun rising from the sea and in the evening appreciate the sea breeze after the heat of the day, or go down to be in the middle of the Crotonese nightlife, eat good fish or a simple pizza in the many places on the waterfront without having to use the car while the children can play in the areas equipped with the inflatables.

The apartment is located in the old town 1 minute walk from the heart of Pizzo (and Piazzan) and a further short walk you are down at Pizzo Marina where the sea meets Café, Restaurants, bars and Pizzo local beach. The apartment is renovated few years ago in an old building with a nice rooftop terrace and 2 balconies. You can enjoy outdoor life both during the day and evening. The master bedroom facing the ocean and you find a good kitchen and living area with view.

Located on the promontory in the protected sea air; a few meters away there is a staircase that leads to the sea. Full of backdrops for snorkeling lovers. The house is in a very peaceful area; a place to relax while forgetting everyday stress. The house is open to the sun, the wind and the voice of the sea.
