Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

A 10-minute walk to the tram in the direction of Potsdam and a 15-minute walk to the Griebnitzsee S-Bahn in the direction of Berlin open the door to two exciting cities. quiet holiday apartment, 27 sqm, close to the city

Experience Potsdam skin close yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential settlement directly on the Ravensbergen, which invites beautifully to hikes and bike tours. The main train station and Potsdam centre are about 3-5 km away and can be reached very well by public transport. You'll love my place because of the tranquility, the comfortable bed, and so on. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

After a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the accommodation by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt apartment

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or even on foot. Both the Filmpark Babelsberg and the district of the same name are interesting destinations. The S-Bahn train, which is about 15 minutes' walk away, takes you to Berlin in 25 minutes or Potsdam city centre in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither they nor the train can be heard at night.

You can look forward to three bedrooms, a living room in which a Prussian Grenadier lived 250 years ago, a kitchen in which he cooked and a bathroom which he had not yet known (Gründerzeit). The equipment is a mix of the Gründerzeit, design and media market. From the plank floor you can easily remove any spilled red wine from the wine merchant in the immediate vicinity.

What location; right on Sanssouci Park! The apartment is located exactly where the city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet secluded: look forward to the "Park Sanssouci" right on your doorstep (about 300 m walk). The cozy city centre with its idyllic street and park cafes as well as shopping facilities can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, the path leading through the historic old town.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. My guest apartment offers space for 2-4 people on 45 m2. It is cozy-modernly furnished and invites you to linger - so say my guests :-). After a long day out, the separate bedroom gives you some privacy. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and a shower room. For more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
