Cute, Clean studio apartment.

Super cute, completely renovated basement apartment. You can experience what it is like to live as a college student! Just a block away from the University gives you all of the amenities a college student gets. Plenty of restaurants and even a grocery store within walking distance to choose from. Enjoy a delicious bagel and coffee from a cute bagelry kitty corner from this apartment. Whether you're staying for one night or a month this apartment will accommodate all of your needs. There is a full kitchen stocked with dishes and coffee as well as a desk to accomplish any work you need to. My husband and I have enjoyed remodeling and furnishing this place and are eager to welcome guests😊 Thank you for your consideration.

Welcome to my personal guest house on my property! Charming rustic cabin with a cozy king bed and electric fireplace. Smart TV. Mini fridge, coffee/tea and microwave. OUTDOOR bathroom includes a large shower with hot water, sink with hot water as well and covered flush toilet. Perfect for the traveling couple who doesn’t need to cook. Bunkhouse is located between our home and shop so you might see us walking between the two. The ceiling is low 6’2” You have to walk outside to get to the bathroom

Come enjoy a quick or long stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. It’s newly renovated with tons of natural light. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital , with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go. Welcome to Fourty Winks we live in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a fold out couch. There is a beautiful park with an awesome playground 1 block away. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. This unique place has a style all its own. The experience starts as you walk into a gorgeous entryway designed to look like your walking into a mine. Idaho's history is all over in this apartment in the décor as well as reading materials. You will feel right at home in this completely renovated immaculately clean space. I have had a lot of fun preparing for guests from picking board games to providing details and extras in the kitchen such as coffee and cereal choices.
