Location & Security 24/7 is what this house has. Chulamar, 2 hours drive from Guatemala. This house is right on the beach , 1 min walk to the Ocean which not that many houses offer . It is on a property that has 3 houses . This one is in the middle, with partial ocean views from the 2nd floor. Each house is completely independent , has its own PRIVATE swimming pool, parking space and nice pergola right in the ocean. The beach is a private clean beach with security 24/7 !
