This stylishly furnished 5 person apartment has all the ingredients for a fantastic holiday! Private roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, private parking, top location; 50 meters from the sandy beach El Arenal, modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, a large open plan living and dining room with lots of light, WiFi, television, private workplace. The apartment is located on the first floor and the south facing roof terrace on the third floor. Great location for winter visitors!

The house. The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although, from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, it invades you. We are French and Sigrid and live part of the year in beautiful Jávea. Here we rent an apartment fully renovated in 2022. Our apartment is located at 200m from Playa de Arenal. This is a beautiful sandy beach with boulevard, restaurants and port. Shops, supermarkets, and bike rental are in walking distance.
