Apartment 65 square meter and 35 square meter terrace. Bedroom with 1 king bed and private bathroom. Large living room with 1 double sofa bed and another sofa, small fully equipped kitchen. Large terrace with exclusive views of the sea and the city. 5 minutes by car from the center and 10 minutes from the beach. Free parking. In the immediate vicinity is the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital, excellence in pediatric pathologies.
