NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

A perfect combination of modern, reduced living at Tiny House, beautiful panoramic views of the Salzburg Pre-Alps, 10 minutes by car to 4 different lakes and 20 minutes by car to the Salzburg City Festival. You will embrace the little house and nature around you in your heart - I am sure of that. PS: Unfortunately, the Tiny House is not suitable for children and pets, as the house stands on a slope covered with loose stones.

Our yurt is an original Mongolian yurt covered with sheep wool fleece from the region. It is located on our property where we live a small farm with animals. The small village is quiet and secluded. The yurt can be equipped with double or single beds as needed for the night. Next door is the "cottage" in which there is a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, as well as a shower with hot water.

Beautifully situated with lake view you will find our house in Seeham on Lake Obertrum. The apartment is newly renovated and has a bedroom with double bed, shower/WC and a living area with kitchen. Our house is centrally located in the lake area and is also easily accessible by public transport. There is also the possibility to rent bicycles. Next door is a riding stable.
