Superb Neoclassical House near the Acropolis!

A bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house new construction and short walks away from the heart of Athens historic and business centre, suitable both for unforgettable vacations and professional travels! There is also a small green patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy in serenity your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi access (50Mbps), individual air conditioning system, HDTV, Netflix, 24h hot water. This is a bright, neoclassical and luxurious 55m2 house, new construction and short walks away from the heart of the historic centre. The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The house is situated in a tranquil and safe neighborhood with mini markets, grocery stores, banks and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes’ walk to Acropolis temple, museum and famous Plaka! The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. Easy to park your car exactly outside the house. The house is located at a very safe and quiet neighborhood. You will be able to relax,rest and enjoy your holidays!

The apartment on the 4th floor of a residential building is equipped with air conditioning system for cooling and heating.It is a Non smoking apartment (only on the veranda is allowed). Renovated in May 2018. The apartment has a bedroom for two persons, with a 1.6 m wide double bed,and a small room,with a 1.2 m wide single bed for a third person.Possibility of placing baby folding bed. The spacious and cozy living room has a high dining table and bar stools and a large couch (sleeping possibility for a fourth person). The kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, fire blanket, smoke detector, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster; it has a folding table with two folding chairs for seating. The approximately 30 square meters big and spacious Veranda offers a rather big table and a bench; the veranda is equipped with awnings, which are electrically operated. The apartment is fully available for the guests. We will be available for anything you might need during your stay. Most everyday amenities lie within a range of 200 meters of the apartment.
