I will rent the house in 2016, 18 minutes on foot to the sea, 5 minutes by car. Nearby 4 km away is the Riviera shopping center. The house has air conditioners, washing machine, internet. The house is located in a beautiful picturesque quiet location. In the evening you have the opportunity to enjoy and watch the most beautiful sunset. In the morning, sunrise! In the evenings, hares run around the countryside, pheasants fly. Dolphins can be seen by the sea. These experiences will stay with you for the rest of your life. It is worth living in this corner of the world.

HOME OVERLOOKING THE SEA !

The house is on the shore of the black sea , literally to leave the territory and will descend on stairs (10 steps ) . Behind it is a sandy big beach !! The city center is a 40-minute drive (15-minute drive in the evening). There are neighbors only on weekends , but their windows do not open to the territory of the house and the surrounding area!! Also we can organize fishing , and also every morning on this beach the longboat comes, brings fish which you then see on bringing in in Odessa !!!

You will live on the second floor of the house, located 3 minutes walk down to the sea. Fresh sea air. You'll find a cozy courtyard with a brazier, a bathroom and a summer shower. The house has two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, a living room with two sofas, a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Especially convenient for a quiet family holiday with children.
