What I really love about our stay are how peaceful and smooth our stay with my bestfriend turned out. Our goal is a hassle-free staycation and this Casa Calma gave us all we needed. The place is comely. Feels like home. Everything we needed is there— untensils are well clean, appliances such as iron, washing machine, ice cooker, microwave works fine and the bed sheets are clean as well. Everything is being prepared and spotless. The toilet is polished and when we had an empty bodywash when we arrived, they respond immediately and provided us one. It was a convenient stay and we have nothing to worry about home needs. Plus points how responsive the host. We definitely book again and marked this staycation as one of our second home in Boracay. Because the condo itself is worth a visit. People and personnel there are polite and friendly. Our Boracay trip becomes ideal and worth a stay. Thank you Ms. Myra and the owner of this unit. We had a lovely stay. We ate our meals on the lanai, walked to everything we needed to, and the unit had all the essentials to make simple meals or reheat leftovers. We loved having beach chairs and umbrellas and they even provided a small cooler when we inquired about borrowing one to bring to the beach. The team was super responsive and when our 7 year old couldn’t reach the sink, they dropped off a stool for him to use the following morning. There were plenty of towels for our week-long stay, and plates and utensils and cooking implements—even some basic spices. The location was perfect. Not too noisy since it was near Ala Wai, and a very leisurely 12 minute walk to the beaches of Waikīkī, the Duke Kahanamoku statue, and all the shops and restaurants. The team was super responsive and proactive with communication and instructions. It’s a place we look forward to staying at our next visit.

Very nice place! It’s right across from the beach and very close to great food. The apartment is very cozy and had AC.

The views are stunning nearby. We could find trace of living in the room, and that made it feel like staying by an auntie’s house. The host was welcoming as well. It was the best airbnb among 3 stays we had in NZ.

We were in town for a family reunion and Judy's place was perfect for two couples. The house itself is lovely and is decorated with beautiful touches which reflects its age. The kitchen is great but the very best part was the shower. It was hands down the best shower I've ever come across at an Airbnb (or even a hotel). It was great to have two bathrooms so we didn't have to share. The rooms are huge and the furniture is comfortable. Having lived in Inverell, we appreciated the closeness to town, the house is in a great spot for getting around. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Our stay at Yulians AIRBNB was great. Firstly they communicated promptly and were very friendly. My friends and I travelled down for the Rotorua Marathon and the house had everything we needed. It was clean, well furnished with a great kitchen. Plus the sunrise views were on point. Highly recommend if you are a group of people wanting to explore Rotorua this AirBNB is hard to beat.
