Beachfront vacation enjoyment with a terrace

In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of the island of Avşa. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island of Avşa is located in a decent family environment, the daily accommodation facility around it is very few and has the calmest beach. 1+1 loft, can accommodate two people.

erdek has a garden very close to the sea in the village of Freshwater

If you are looking for calm and tranquility, this is the right place…… My house is in a very large garden with fruit trees and the garden is yours alone during the stay.. You can use the fireplace stove with a heating heater and if you want, you can use the fireplace stove with the lounge. Wi-Fi is available without limits. There are all kitchen utensils(laundry and dishwasher) that can be found in a house. You can barbecue in the garden and have a pleasant time. Me and my wife will help with anything.

Villa floor with separate entrance, walking distance to the sea

You will have the garden floor of a very comfortable and peaceful villa to you in the neighborhood of Çınarlı, Marmara island. All the amenities in the garden are unavailable (barbecue, swing, parking, patio, etc.). The distance to the sea seems to be far from the balcony, but the view is the far end of the beach. There is a direct landing to the sea using the stairs from behind the house. Your apartment door is separate, cozy, peaceful and safe. We love guests and enjoy taking care of every guest:)

Our apartment is 150 meters from the sea and has a private path leading to the beach. The beach is very wide and has gorgeous sand and trees. Along the beach, there are places that you can eat, drink and chill. With its panoramic view of the bay, the balcony offers a unique experience that you can share with your family and friends. You can use the stone grill to cook delicious food. It is a 5-minute drive to Tatlisu and Dalyan towns that You can meet your needs like Shopping, dining etc.

Our place is in Denizkent Houses on Bursa-Çanakkale road. Located in a peaceful and tranquil area, you have a private pool and indoor parking lot. We have a private and outdoor barbecue. You can enjoy a barbecue in your garden with pool and sea view inside the old place. There is a wood fireplace in the room. All windows of the house are protected by mosquito nets. All facades are under the sea. There is no view of your private area from the houses in your home area.
