It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

A large bedroom with double bed and sink is rented, as well as another room with fully equipped kitchen, TV and pull-out sofa bed. Also separate toilet and a shower. The kitchen, shower and toilet are located on the ground floor. The bedroom is accessible one floor higher through the staircase. ENGLISH: We rent a big sleeping-room, fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet. Sleeping-room is on the first floor, kitchen, shower and toilet on the ground floor.

cool apartment in a cool house with super neighbors. well located with supermarket 5 minutes away... to the subway also 5 minutes walk... the apartment has 105 sqm, a bedroom and a dressing room in which a sofa to unfold is ... so for 4 people no problem☺️... to the fair it is with the subway 20 minutes .. and the fridge is filled on arrival with beer and snacks 👌 I will be there on arrival and departure and explain everything.. Cozy room with separate toilet on the 1st floor. Electric kettle, coffee maker and microwave available. On request I also offer a good breakfast, payment extra at my place. Free Wi-Fi. Very good motorway connections, 7 km to the Lichtenau exit. To Nuremberg 35 min. In the village there is a nice country inn with beer garden. Ideal for recreation seekers, trade fair visitors , short vacationers, cyclists and hikers. Many excursions.

I offer a fully equipped room. Gladly also for a long term rental. It is just 20 minutes by car to Erlangen. 10 minutes by car/20 minutes by bike to Forchheim. To the railway station 10 minutes walk from the house (from there you can drive towards Franconian Switzerland, e.g. to Ebermannstadt or Forchheim).
