A beautiful, bright and spacious 55 sqm city villa flat, quiet and centrally located (5 min to Krefeld city centre and 20 min to Düsseldorf city by car, one hour by tram) living room, bedroom, small kitchen, bathroom with shower. All this with a wonderful view of beautiful gardens and old city villas. In the immediate vicinity are 3 parks, the zoo and a shopping centre. Ideal for business people and individual travellers, but also couples. (if extra person please specify +15 Euro)

In our apartment equipped with much love you will feel comfortable 75 sqm feel-good apartment. The apartment is centrally located (train station 5 minutes walk, highway Düsseldorf 20min) good connection to the highway. The laundry can be washed by me for a fee of 3,-€ per machine. There is a fully automatic coffee machine microwave in the kitchen. Spices , sugar, flour, and the first welcome drinks available. When something is missing, I am always happy to help.

In the 85 m² holiday home, which is infinitely accessible, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed (1,80m x 2,00m), the spacious bathroom with bathtub (also for showering), a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, as well as a conservatory. Cozy, modern, apartment in Duisburg/Nord

We are a 4-person household with daughter and grandma in the house! My mother Sigrid is a co-host, cleaning fairy and janitor in one person, without whom nothing would run here. ;-) Since 2019, a small dog from animal welfare is now part of it. We've had so many great guests and are looking forward to seeing you now! We observe the Corona rules and clean particularly thoroughly incl. Disinfection. Remote check-in!
