The Studio-Pfauen is located on the main street, 5 min. from the center and 10 min. from the train station. It is furnished for 2 pers. and is located on the 3rd floor with private entrance. Suitable for bicycles and/or Töff drivers as our workshop is located on the ground floor. If you book 3 nights or longer with us, you will receive the Appenzell holiday card with 25 attractive free offers, as well as travel to and from Switzerland by public transport. Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

The vacation rental is below the village of Amden. The farmer's family also lives in the same house. For the hay harvest or other work, there may therefore be some noise (milking machine, hay ventilation) or there are odor emissions (garbage). However, we make an effort, and take this into account as much as possible. We have cats, dog and chickens, the goats and cows are from June-September on Alp. We sell organic milk and eggs. Dogs are allowed, just book along, cost CHF 30.

Idyllic Appenzell Vacation Home with Garden

Our Hüsli is located in the middle of nature, quiet and on the Alpstein-Wanderweg In the garden there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fireplace and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent views and the alpine feeling can be enjoyed particularly well from the Bänkli in the forecourt. Inside it is nice and homely, with tiled stove and wood-burning stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)

Authentically quiet, rural location and yet not far to Zurich, St Gallen and Constance, reachable via a mountain road with curves .(no public transport)Renovated house with panoramic windows and spacious lounges , library and large garden, pool. 3 km to the nearest major shopping . In the hamlet itself there is a restaurant(closed on Tues.) and a cheese dairy. If necessary, you can also buy food directly from us.

Lovely gazebo with double bed (sofa bed) and bathroom. To heat the cottage, fire the heating fireplace, cozy warmth is safe! In summer, a mass camp in the stable is also available, e.g. for families.
