At equal distance from Saint Germain des Pres and Montparnasse, and the fashion boutiques of Sevres Babylon, on the 3rd floor of the elevator, very bright, located on a quiet street and on an old convent garden. Completely renovated in 2018 it was treated as a charming junior suite hotel. All amenities are brand new. Design furniture in the living room, large TV screen and beautiful antique fireplace.Bedroom with large dressing room , new king size bed. Bathroom and kitchen equipped with new equipment.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood of the XV district and has a subway station at around 5 minutes of walk. There are a lot of local shops around the apartment, which has a small terrace available in a courtyard.
