We have placed emphasis on the originality, with a sense of luxury . In addition to the excellent climate due to the clay construction, it remains well air-conditioned even on hot days in summer.

Beautiful new apartment in the Borken Lake District

The apartment is very quiet and is accessible, has bed linens and towels. Pets possible by arrangement. Very around the corner are Homberg (Efze) with the Hohenburg, the cathedral city of Fritzlar, the Edersee, the Singliser See, the Silbersee and many other beautiful lakes and nature reserves. The A49 and therefore Kassel is quickly reached (about 20 minutes). We are directly on site and available for more tips and help. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and larger groups. Unless it is about uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
