You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Cocotaïa - Montalivet center house with garden

Wooden house with a cabin spirit on a large fenced plot of 500 m2, large garden not overlooked, full center. Great terrace with large umbrella. A stone's throw from the largest market in the area, and 5 minutes from the central beach. You will be close to all amenities on foot: the main street and its shops, the supermarket, the market, bars, restaurants, beaches... you put the car down. The rental of linen (sheets, towels...) is possible and payable on site (20€ per person).

Small house near the ocean and the center with its daily market (one of the largest in France). You will find shops, boutiques, supermarket, bars, restaurants etc..You can enjoy the tasting stands!! (oysters and cooked dishes). Cultural and sporting activities (exhibitions, sailing floats, surfing, skate park...) are offered every day during the summer. You will also find a tree climber and a mini-golf. Soulac is 20 minutes by car.
