The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. MAXIMUM PARKING: 2 cars. Additional parking will be provided on request. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All Cottage Décor, Flatware, Dishes, Catering Items, Trays, etc... Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. The Nest at the Fairgrounds

Get away from it all in this cozy studio apartment in quaint Monroe (Snohomish address). Discover a warm, inviting retreat in which to recharge that features customizable hue lighting, an open-plan space with a kitchenette, an indoor fireplace, and wood finishes. The open space includes a queen bed and a pull-out sofa that makes into a full-size bed. Your Nest is a one-room, studio-style, get-away, complete with cozy living area and fireplace, luxurious queen bed and a kitchenette that is perfect for your evening munch and morning coffee needs. You also have a full bath as well as a washer and dryer, at your disposal. Everything you need to cozy in, fill up and settle down for the night. Guests have access to one parking spot, on the right side of the driveway, nearest to The Nest entrance. EV charging will be made available, by request. We are set up for self check in and have an automated lock system to let you in. Should you need us, we are available to assist you with anything you need. We also provide detailed instructions about the space and information about the town for your enjoyment. You can always reach us through the AirB&B app! Whether skiing at Stevens Pass, hiking Wallace Falls, or antique shopping downtown, Monroe or Snohomish, this part of Washington is a great place to visit. The Nest is centrally located to enjoy the town or jump on the freeway and head out on adventures. The sofa pulls into a full bed. An additional fold out single bed is available upon request.

Built in 1916 and fully renovated in 2017, the cottage is full of character but has all the comforts of a modern getaway. Fobes Cottage is located in a serene, pastoral community where many are third generation homeowners. Frequently your view out windows includes deer grazing under the ancient apple trees. Guests are welcome to pick raspberries or blueberries from the garden in season.

You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!
