The rooms( 38 m2) are on the 2nd floor of the house.The apartment is not locked in itself.It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen,storage room and bathroom.Everything is available for self-supply.Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 persons are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be verified with ID.

Cozy, modern furnished apartment with private bathroom, kitchen (no oven available!!!) and conservatory. Coffee machine and all household appliances are provided. Washer and dryer for shared use. The apartment is on the first floor of a renovated and listed old building. The house has a total of three floors, the upper two floors are used privately. Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and built with natural building materials. An outdoor area for morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine is waiting for you. Barbecue can also be done here. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond(NL) are also very easy to reach, the motorway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible. We can offer a free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz station. Bringing and picking up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired location is possible at an additional charge.

Düsseldorf Mediaharbour

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful city!

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.
