Old fisherman's house completely tastefully renovated just above the small typical port of Merrien. 2 bedrooms with a double bed including one on the ground floor, 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets and 2 living spaces: a dining room/ kitchen and a living / TV area upstairs. The fully enclosed garden guarantees discretion and reassures parents of young children. The coastal trail is 1 min away, the large beaches are a 13 min drive away.

Semi-detached bedsit, near to the sea. Beautiful walks through woods and fields bring you to the sea and beaches (roughly 1.5km away). Perfect for those who enjoy walking and cycling. Nearby towns, villages and ports of interest: Pont Aven, Concarneau, Quimper, Doëlan, Le Pouldu. *Roadside parking , enough for one car (no vans). Quiet lane. No outdoor space. Bed linen provided but not towelling. Coffee machine for ground coffee. Not suitable for children.

Privileged location for this 99 m2 apartment located on the floor of the owners house, independent access. sleeps 4, it serves through its corridor a living room, kitchen , 2 bedrooms ( 1 bed of 140 x 190 and 120 x 190 made on arrival ), a bathroom (washing machine, dryer) as well as a dressing room.
