The one acre House site offers un-obstructed panoramic Pacific Ocean views that over-look the Tokaroa Reef and beautiful white sand cove beaches ideal for bathing and swimming. The house is tastefully decorated by the furniture design owners based in Los Angeles, many of the pieces collected from their travels. We offer an entire self-contained unit with ample secure parking. The room is cozy and clean. You have your own private deck overlooking a rural setting. It's a 2 min drive to and from town (including a short stretch of gravel road), an hours drive to Lake Waikaremoana or 40 minutes to Mahia Beach for sun, surf and sand. Cormorants Cove has recently had a complete refresh throughout, with a new kitchen and bathroom. Mahia is on the undiscovered east coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Cormorants Cove is sitting on the top of a cliff with unimpeded views of Gisborne and surrounding beaches. Some of the best surf breaks are within 5 minutes drive and family friendly swimming beaches are just as close. This is the place to come to do absolutely nothing, but relax and soak up the sun and the views.

The house is on a large section with room to play, close to the local restaurants and within walking distance of the main street, and local shops. An easy drive to the beautiful Mahia beach or Lake Waikaremoana. Whether you are on a family holiday or a business trip, your stay will be relaxing and comfortable with all the trimmings of a home away from home.

It is a beautiful sunny secluded lifestyle home situated on a two acre block. Peace and quiet is assured. Relax in spa pool while taking in the views of the Wairoa River. It is a 5 minute walk to town center and supermarket. Open kitchen plan and cosy lounge with fireplace and air-conditioning. It has 3 bedrooms, Master bedroom has king size bed, Bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds. The bathroom has a rain shower with toilet, there is a separate second toilet.

Mahia Heights Beach Views

Our home is on an elevated site, with lovely views down to the beach and is just a short walk to the sand. The guest suite is private and quiet and is situated at one end of the house, with its own entrance for guests to come and go as they please. Enjoy waking to the sound of the waves and the local bird life. Have breakfast on the deck while taking in the views. The bedroom has a queen bed and guests have their own bathroom and lounge, and private deck area.

This lovely Beach House is perfect for a family looking for a spacious, centrally located, holiday home. The property has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a large deck and fully fenced big back yard. Two lounges, on separate levels means there is ample space for people to either be involved, or slip away and relax with a book. Located just a 3 minute walk from the Beach, Boat Ramp, Bar & Bistro and Local Store.

Get away from it all and re-energise yourselves. Mahia offers safe swimming, fishing and walks. The cabin is located in private bush setting, overlooking Mahia Peninsula and two bays. Cabin 1 can sleep a couple in a queen bed and one child under 7. It has recently been renovated, we are aiming for a comfortable, relaxing, and cosy feeling. We do offer reduced rates for more than one night's stay, please ask for prices.
