NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. Apartment in the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes walk from the Puerta de Sol, Museo Del Prado, Museo Thyssen, Antón Martin metro station. 15 min walk from Atocha Station. The apartment is very bright and quiet. It has a spacious living/dining room. With wifi connection via ADSL, TV with Netflix. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, oven and dishwasher. A separate room with a full bathroom built in. In addition, you have an extra toilet. The building does not have an elevator. The apartment does not have common areas The house already belonged to my great-grandfather, so I know the neighborhood and the whole city very well! Any questions you have can be resolved. The apartment is located on the same street where Cervantes and Lope de Vega lived. Totally refurbished loft with modern features but with a cosy feeling. The outdoor patio is very rare to find in central Madrid. Spacious layout and very high ceiling. Double glazing, individual gas heating, kitchen fully equipped .Double good mattress bed. Is very quiet. Nice and quiet apartment. It has the bedroom in attic with a comfortable bed of 160x200 cm. Small, cozy and bright. It doesn't have any noise even the days of Trace.
